Welcome to London Irish Supporters’ Club (LISC). We’re hoping for a great year in the forthcoming 2010/2011 Season. London Irish re-qualified for the Heineken Cup once again and have been drawn in the “Pool of Death” against Munster, the Ospreys and Johnny Wilkinson’s Toulon: Still, this will be exciting to say the very least and for those LISC Members who enjoy overseas travel, will offer a couple of great away trips as well as what promises to be a fantastic atmosphere when we welcome our friends from Munster at home; which will be the first time the two clubs have ever played each other in a competitive competition.
The new season starts on August 14th at Twickenham when London Irish step up to defend their Middlesex 7’s title won so emphatically last year as the Exiles reached the final for the first time in the tournament’s history. LISC’s membership continues to grow strongly and now stands at well over 1100. Whatever is to come our way this season – it’s bound to be an exciting year ahead. Come and join us in supporting our great team and club.
LISC is a thriving, growing organisation. For just £10 annually per person, members enjoy a full social calendar (see the events page for more information), discounts on LISC merchandise, and a unique relationship with the London Irish management team through events such as ‘Meet the Coaches’. As member you are also automatically entered into a regular draw to win one of four London Irish hospitality packages at Madeski stadium home matches . Last season, we launched this new website as an improved resource for members. As well as having more frequently updated content, the site also features our comprehensively re-developed on-line shop. We will be launching new clothing, accessories and competitions soon, so watch this space and, if you have any ideas or suggestions, just let us know.
